The Influence of Sediments, Lithosphere and Upper Mantle (Anelastic) With Lateral Heterogeneity on Ocean Tide Loading and Ocean Tide Dynamics

چکیده
Ocean tide loading (OTL) and ocean dynamics (OTD) are known to be affected by Earth's internal structures, with the latter being self-attraction (SAL) potential. Combining 3D earth models Lyon LITHO1.0, we construct a hybrid model quantify coupled effect of sediments, oceanic continental lithosphere, anelastic upper mantle on OTL OTD. Compared PREM, this more realistic produces significantly larger vertical displacement up 3.9, 2.6, 0.1 mm for M2, K1, Mf OTL, respectively. Moreover, it shows smaller vector difference amplitude 0.2 than PREM observations at 663 Global Navigation Satellite System stations, confirmation cumulative due these features. On other hand, find resonant impact wider extent magnitude OTD, especially M2 K1 tides. Specifically, is concentrated in ranges 0–6 0–1.5 respectively, which considerably SAL (mostly 0–2 0–1.0 mm, respectively). Since similar level compared accuracy modern data-constrained that require correction geocentric induced displacements, regard its consideration potentially beneficial OTD modeling.

Analysis of Ocean Tide Loading in Differential InSAR Measurements
Ocean tide loading (OTL) causes crustal displacements in coastal regions, and the relative variation of these ground displacements may reach several centimeters across differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (DInSAR) interferograms. However, orbit errors seriously affect the analysis of long-wavelength crustal deformation signals such as the OTL effect because of their similar sig...
متن کاملEstimates of Minor Ocean Tide Loading Displacement and Its Impact on Continuous GPS Coordinate Time Series
The site displacement due to ocean tidal loading is regarded as one of the largest uncertainties in precise geodetic positioning measurements, among which the effect of minor ocean tides (MOT), except for the 11 main tidal constituents, are sometimes neglected in routine precise global positioning system (GPS) data processing. We find that MOT can cause large vertical loading displacements with...

متن کاملA comparison of model estimates of ocean-tide loading displacements in New Zealand
We analyze the regional accuracy of the global ocean tide models TPXO7.2, GOT00.2, NAO.99b, FES2004, and EOT10a using the tide-gauge records from 7 stations along the coastline of New Zealand. The comparison reveals that TPXO7.2 provides the bestfit with the tide-gauge data in this part of the world. The TPXO.7.2 ocean tide model is then used for computing and analysis of the vertical and horiz...
